Q) Do you ship abroad?
A) Unfortunately we dont. Fxnailz sells exclusively to the U.K.
Q) What condition is your stock?
A) All of our stock is brand new, unopened and in perfect condition...if you are ever unsatisfied in any way we have a no-quibble return policy.
Q) What is your returns policy?
A) We accept returns based on damaged goods, we require a photo of any damaged items to reach us within 3 days of receipt of your goods. We do not offer refunds, only replacements.
Q) How long will my items take to arrive?
A) Our normal delivery time is around 3 working days, this can vary slightly. However it will not be longer than 7 working days, if you require priority posting/carriage please contact us so we can make special arrangements.
Q) Can I arrange for a courier to pick them up?
A) If you require goods urgently or have ordered a large amount, we have no problem with you sending your own courier, however we cannot guarantee goods left with your courier.
Q) Can I combine packing/shipping costs?
A) The short answer here (sadly) is no....we can't post multiple items (other than described) due to the increased chance of breakages during transit.
Q) Will you pass information about me to other parties?

Q) How secure will my transactions be?
A) Very secure. Fxnailz.co.uk only deals through PAYPAL. Whether you have an account or are paying via credit or debit card, all transactions are protected. For more information about PAYPAL please visit paypal.com
